What personal data do we process?

Why do we use your data?

We use your data for the following purposes:

  1. Provide services: Including access to tools, quizzes and statistics.

    • Legal basis: Performance of contract and your explicit consent (for health-related data)

    • Mandatory: Yes - we cannot provide services without this data and consent.

    • Retention: For the duration of the service and up to 24 months after your last access, then anonymized.

  2. Statistical results: Analysis of use without personal identifiers

    • Legal basis: Your consent

    • Mandatory : No - optional

    • Retention: 24 months after use, then anonymized

  3. System security: Collection of IP data and logs

    • Legal basis: Our legitimate interest

    • Required: Yes - necessary to use the application

Esperity Health helps you learn about specific health topics and manage your health. We analyze anonymous and aggregated usage data to generate statistical information, which may be shared with third parties.

Who can access your data?

Hosting providers, IT service providers and consultants may have access to your data under data processing agreements. Only anonymous, aggregated statistics may be shared with third parties.

Where is your data processed?

Your data is stored in the EU. If they are processed by suppliers located outside the EU (e.g. in the USA), we ensure their compliance by means of safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. For further information, please contact our DPO.

What are your rights?

You have the right to :

  • Access, correct or delete your data

  • Restricting treatment

  • Withdraw your consent at any time

  • Receive a copy of your data or request their transfer to another controller

  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interest
